Our team provides cut-to-length services for tubing and solid rod. We utilize rotary cutting, saw-cutting, traub cutting, and laser cutting equipment to ensure precision cuts, tight tolerances, and process efficiency, meeting your specifications and project requirements.
Our Specialized Tube Cutting Equipment
As a tubing manufacturer ourselves, we understand how important quality cut-to-length tubing is to your manufacturing processes. We have experience with a variety of cutting options that create the preferred cut-off end for your application.
Using our Burr Oak rotary cutter, we can create “nosed-down” cuts, preferred for end-forming applications. We use our own custom-designed knife profiles, which have perfected the art of pre-shaping tube cut ends with no additional processing. Other applications call for a flat, straight cut-off, which we achieve using our BLM saw cutter. If you require lengths of tubing over three feet, you know the importance of getting straight cut-to-length tubes. Especially if your processes include tight-tolerance bending, consistently straight tubing is essential. If you have cut tubing over ten feet in length ahead of bending, our team is well-experienced in achieving straightness.
For even more precise applications, a secondary process utilizing our rotary straightener can be added. Beyond cutting, we can also provide additional end-finishing processes, including deburring, internal and external chamfering.

We provide tube cutting services for a range of tube types from solid round stock, to delicate 2mm wire, to heavy-duty tubing, from 1/4″ up to 4″ outer diameter. We commonly work with several different tube materials and grades including:
