Tube Cutting
Providing tubing and solid rod cut-to-length in a variety of materials including stainless steel, low-carbon, copper and aluminum. Utilizing both rotary cutting and saw-cutting, we can provide sizes from 1/4″ up to 4″ diameter.
Tube Assembly
Our company is always looking for opportunities to add value to tubular products, with experience in a wide array of brazed, welded, press-fit and fitting connected tube assemblies. We have strong relationships with a large supply base for all the components required for your assemblies. These can include customer-specific brackets, fittings, cast metal parts, machined components, O-rings, valves, labels and markings.
Tube Bending
Using a wide array of bending options and decades of tube bending experience, we find the best option for our customers’ product. With our in-house tooling, we can provide bending on dedicated power benders for high volumes, hand benders for low volumes, CNC benders to reduce tooling costs or universal benders for specialty products and prototyping. With experience in tight tolerance bending, we will work with your engineers on the most effective design and quality inspection processes. We currently offer bending in-house from 1/8″ to 2″ diameter. Working with our manufacturing partners we can also providing bending up to 4” diameter.
Hose Crimping & Assembly
From basic hoses to complex multi-hose assemblies, we provide full-service hose assembly manufacturing. We will help source the right components for your assembly and develop the best methods for manufacturing and quality assurance. Our capabilities include hose cutting, fitting assembly, bracket assembly, assembly jig development, crimping and leak testing.
Tube End Forming
We excel at tight specification tube end forming and are comfortable taking on challenging end forms for our customers’ unique applications. Types of end forming include beading, roll-forming, flaring, expansions, saddles, hose barbs, quick connects, notching, piercing, flattening, knurls and chamfering.
Process Development & Tooling
Our roots are in tooling, and it still makes our company stand out today. With an in-house tooling facility, we provide custom-built tooling for use in our internal manufacturing, as well as other manufacturers. Using our experience and innovation, we seek to find the simplest, cost-effective options, while introducing new technologies. At low volumes we can provide manual assembly jigs and dedicated hand-benders. As volumes increase and precision is required, we introduce rack loading systems, automated processes, robotics and electronic sensors. Utilizing pneumatics, hydraulics, servo and mechanical systems, we build our machines from bare steel frame to finished product. Systems can include bending, end forming, assembly, teak testing and other tube and hose manufacturing systems.
